LaToya Gaither
Business Administration
What are your aspirations?
My aspiration is to become all that I can be. I’m interested in growing and developing businesses as well as individuals. Being a part of the BA program, and being part of the Generations family, I have grown to see that business is more than just building a big company. It is about building teams and it is about building people. After Generations College, I want to transfer to a four-year institution to study Strategic Planning and Operations at either DePaul or Robert Morris. This is with the view to becoming a consultant and starting my own business.
Why did you choose MC?
I have a family member who went to Generations and she talked a lot about how she enjoyed the school and the program, so I came to check it out. I enjoy MC because it is a small environment and the instructors are really informative in how they bring real-world experiences into the classroom.
How is MC helping you to achieve your goals?
The experiences that I am having in class with my colleagues and instructors are helping to shape my ideas, and are giving me the building blocks to succeed in the global business environment.
